CATERING. All the show’s catering is done by tender and tender forms will be available in January 2026. Tenders CLOSE on the 1st March.
Show Field Trade Stands
These are individual pitches (bring your own gazebo/marquee) on the show field with an array of exhibitors. Pitch sizes from 3m frontage. All pitches 6m depth except agricultural related pitches which are 9m depth. Limited pitches are available with electricity. The Lifestyle Marquee . SORRY FULLY BOOKED
This marquee promotes individual businesses. In 2025 the stands included; holiday promotion companies, gardening displays, bridal, books, antiques and a portrait photographer to name a few. The Craft & Community Marquee
A great mix of all types of stalls for you to enjoy. Arts, Crafts, Butcheries, Clothing, Jewellery, Local history, Children’s Activities and much more.
Please note: To be eligible for a stand in the Craft & Community marquee you must be a community focused service or charity or at least 50% of your saleable products are to have been crafted by yourself. Catering
The Catering rights for the show are strictly reserved. Deadline for tenders is the 1st March 2026. Applications may be sent after the deadline and will be considered subject to there still being availability.
